These Terms of Use apply to Widget Master ("the App"), developed and operated by an individual developer, Boogios. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).

1. App Service

Widget Master lets you create text, photo, D-Day, Home Screen, Lock Screen, and Live Activity widget designs. Widget display, refresh timing, Live Activity duration, font rendering, and system configuration interfaces are controlled partly by iOS and may vary by device or operating-system version.

2. Free and Pro Features

The App may provide free features and optional Pro features. The current product design may include:

• One default saved design for each supported widget size for free users.
• One photo per widget for free users.
• Unlimited additional saved designs, up to two photos per widget, premium fonts, and future Pro editing tools for active Pro subscribers.

Feature availability may change in future versions. Any material change will be described in the App or its store listing.

3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Widget Master Pro may be offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account after purchase confirmation.
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings.
• Prices, billing periods, free trials if any, and renewal terms shown by the App Store purchase sheet at the time of purchase control over general wording in these terms.
• Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.
