1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of Nowlog, a short video recording and editing app provided by Boogios.

By installing or using Nowlog, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of Nowlog

Nowlog lets you record short video clips, add a time and text to each clip, adjust presentation settings, combine clips, and save a finished video to Photos.

You agree to:

• Use Nowlog in compliance with applicable laws.
• Record, edit, save, and share only content that you have the right to use.
• Obtain any consent required before recording other people, private spaces, or protected content.
• Keep your device, storage, and permission settings available for the features you choose to use.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the videos, images, text, and other content you create or record with Nowlog.

Boogios does not claim ownership of your content and does not receive a copy of content stored locally on your device. You are responsible for the content you create, the rights needed to use it, and any content you share outside the app.

4. Local storage and Photos

Nowlog is currently a local-first app. It does not require an account and does not provide cloud storage or a server backup.

You are responsible for maintaining sufficient device storage and backups. Boogios cannot guarantee recovery of clips or project data lost because of device failure, deletion, insufficient storage, operating-system changes, or backup and Photos settings.

A finished video is saved to Photos only after you choose the save action and grant the relevant permission.

5. Availability and updates

Nowlog is provided on an “as available” basis. Boogios may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the app as the product evolves.
